oil drain location for an E10EVL4SSS

getting ready to change the oil in this for the first time and I don't have a manual. Can someone steer me to where the location of the oil drain plug is on this motor? Or does it have to be sucked up through the fill cap?It's a 9.9 4 stroke Evinrude 2000 year model.

If you intend doing your own maintenance get a manual !
