OEM vs Sierra

Going to be replacing my manifold risers/ elbows as well as my engine coupler. I'm assuming this is a stupid question but when it comes to these parts should I stick with OEM or can I get away with aftermarket?
 
Sierra exhaust parts are garbage as is HGE and GLM.....The Quicksilver parts are only a few dollars from aftermarket. If you want after market get BARR.

Mercuiser/Quicksilver only for your water pump.
