Ocean runner carb link and sync

Hi, I'm after procedure to setup carbs on a 1995 Johnson ocean runner v4 please? As in the timing linkages and throttle cam roller.

Go to boatinfo the library and look up your engine it should explain the proper sync and link.

To properly set idle timing and max spark advance you must use the ignition analizer #434017 according to the manual. It must be done dynamically and not with a timing light for the best results. If you did not mess with the ignition then just follow the throttle pickup procedures.
