"I am a novice and just purchased a dusky three months ago. It ran great the first couple times out then I let it sit for a month or so. When I returned,I tryed to crank the engine in neutral and it is reving out. I have checked the linkage cable with the motor cover off and all seem to be engaging fine. Any advise would be helpful.
