o rings 1999 115 2 stroke

My mercury 115 is leaking oil out of my injection reservoir when i tilt engine up. So i took out the fill dipstick thing and there are 2 o rings stacked up. Looks like a compression thing. My quesgion is should there be 1 o ring or 2 ?? Thanks in advance
