O-Ring for AQ130C water pump

I removed the water pump from my AQ130C...the pump is a VP# 829895. There is an o-ring on the side of the pump that attaches to the front of the engine. Based on the exploded views I looked at, the VP# of that o-ring is 975672 so I ordered one, but I got it today and it is bigger in diameter than the o-ring that is on the pump now. Does anyone know the correct VP# (or equivalent) of that o-ring?

The o-ring is in good shape but I thought I had better replace it while I had the pump off.
 
Some of the O-rings that Volvo Penta used are the same as industry standard. Not all, but some.
Point being..... you might be able to find a match at a good hardware store who has a great assortment of O-rings.
Take your dial indicator caliper with you so that you can compare the thickness.
 
Thanks Rick. I looked yesterday at a local Ace Hardware and they did not have one. I will keep looking around.
