NS90 tilt problem

Hi all ,i have ns90 and i having problem with tilt lifting outboard engine out of the water ?

What are the symptoms?

During driving on the water engine was coming out of the water and i could not put it back in water now i try to lift up and down and it works .i will take it to water to try is it going to give same problem.
