ns70c wont idle

i have a NS70C engine, it wont idle or run low speed at all . I have cleaned all 3 carbs, replaced fuel pump and lines from engine to tank.
Any ideas what to do next. spark plugs do have small blue spark

What method did you use to clean the carbs?
 
The precise number is not important. It is critical that the compression be equal between cylinders.
 
Did a seafoam deep clean and then tested warm with all 3 plugs out and wide open throttle. All 3 cylinders tested 121 on a different gauge. Thanks for the help.
 
I have not. I don't have any water big enough to really run it in, close to the house. I left it on the trailer and backed it in our small river and did the sea foam clean up. I let it run completely out of that fuel and hooked it back to my big tank which I put fresh 93 octane in with a can of sea foam, I started it back up and let it run a while on the new gas. I'm going to big water this weekend and will report back.
 
Boat started and ran really good. It still doesn't want idle. You have to pull up on the throttle a little bit to get it to idle and be fast about putting it in forward or reverse so it doesn't die.
 
Have low speed jets been serviced,cleaned thoroughly? When u say carbs were cleaned,were they removed,disassembled,soaked overnight,reassembled&installed properly. Have u tried a cylinder drop test. Check compression& do a spark test,big blue lightning snap! Looks like i repeated myself,sorry. Thread#2
