Ok I have a Nissan ns40d. Problem child from the start. It would run but not well. Took it to local shade tree mech to check carbs ect.... He says low compression in bottom cyl. We check it, top 95 mid 85 bottom 55. We pulled head. Gasket had one little spot on bottom cyl that might be bad so we put new head gasket on it. No change in comp. Cyl walls all looked good. No scoring scratches ect. No wear groove evident. Tops of pistons look good too. Is there any way to get a look at the pistons w pulling powerhead?
