NS40C paint

Wondering if oem paint is still available for an NS40C from the early 90's? Would like to redo the lower unit blue again, also the silver on the cowl.

Not from Tohatsu. Take a sample to your automotive paint shop and hope.

I also need to adhere a new cowl seal. Read a lot of mixed opinions on this. I was thinking 5200 but have never used it to bond rubber to fiberglass.

I use 5200 for that all the time.
