Not getting power

I’m not getting power to the shift actuator. I have power going into the shift lever but nothing after it comes out the ECM. The ECM is good. I have voltage to the shift position sensor and neutral safety switch. What could it be? Lever position sensor? 2020 Suzuki 150AP.

Can you tilt/trim the engine up or down with the switch on the shift lever? Can you tilt/trim the engine up or down on the switch on the engine?
