force 75hp

I have a 1998 force 75 hp 3 cylinder it runs good as far as I can tell but the issue I have is it don't want to plane out my boat , it is on a tracker pro team 175 the other issue I have is I keep getting a milky color on my spark plugs I'm thinking it has a blown head gasket but I'm not sure. The compression is right at 110 on each cylinder but my Guage starts dropping fast as soon as I quit turning it over. Any help will be appreciated I'm lost when it comes to outboard motors.
