"89 dt40 does not have WOT: carb was rebuilt by mech.,new plugs correct gap,new bulb, new fuel pump.- oil injection warning is unpluged. I have great idle and up to about half throttle I would guess it to be around 3000 rpm; i have the manuel(suzuki) believe it to be the safty that cuts in but I'm clueless"
