2008 mercury 15 hp 4 stroke. water stopped coming out of the tell tell hole. just had new water pump last year. pulled the foot replaced the impeller again still
no water output. can blow air from tell tell hole to water pump housing. also from water pump through foot seems to be open? there does not seem t be an obstruction. ant ideas?
