thank you guys for all the help i bought a manuel for the outboard and diagnost the problem it took me about ten min with a couple of test i got the result my power pack got shorted out bought one from ebay plus other pieces came with it. got hte motor running thant for everything.

i have a question maybe out of topic could you get a inboard boat and make it an outboard if the money was not there to fix the inboard.

"Easiest is to install a bracket. But take care, in most cases I would recommend to use a 25" engine.
The best 'bracket' I've ever used for this kind was a modified Sea Drive bracket!"
