No start after running a while

350 mag, EFI, Bravo 3, won't start after running for while, then starts next morning with no problems. i.e. won't start after warming for a while. Any help on this?
 
What year? Is the cool fuel module working? Does the fuel pump turn on when the key is turned? Is the ignition generating good spark when it quits?
 
Year is 2000. How do I check if cool fuel module works? Should I hear the fuel pump "turn on" when turn key? Thank You
 
Hmmm. I have a similar problem. I have a 1999 4stroke. It'll run fine....then after pausing a bit...it doesnt want to start. Battery is new, cables all good. It takes a awhile...but I can get it to go again - but its just not right. Using gas stabilizer has seemed to help that a bit. I noticed my fuel ball went soft while stopped at a beach...so I am going to replace some lines. Well see. Maybe I'll find the answer for both of us.
