"Is there a way to fix the speedometer reading on my DF300. It worked when I first got it and suddenly stopped. The dealer recommended checking the little hole on the front of the lower unit, but I do not see any obstruction. Tried flushing the hole out from the outside, but it did not work. Is there a procedure for flushing this so the speed will work again? I have seen some Yamaha discussion forums that address removing the tube on the upper engine and flushing it with water or air. Is the Suzuki procedure the same?"
