no spark

thunder bolt iv 1993 350 mag does the ignition amplifier need a seperate ground wire 1993 thunder bolt iv just brought boat take it out was running no power now I have no spark

Also if it were running, then check interrupter switch at shift bracket where two shift cable meet. switch should not be made when shift control is in neutral.
