No spark ns90a Nissan

My 90hp 2 stroke engine was running great and for some reason I wanted to check the cylinder and I pulled one of the spark plug boots while running to see if it had spark, motor shut off and now no spark on all 3 cylinders no spark..any suggestions where to begin..parts are costly would like to know where and how to begin

Likely blew the ECU.

Where is the ECU is that same as cdi

Yes. It's the same thing. You can't run 90a WITHOUT LOAD ON THE OUTPUT OF THE ecu.

Just put in ECU still no spark

Troubleshoot to see if you have signal going into the ECU. Use the Factory service manual as a guide.
