No spark -92 evinrude 25hp 2 stroke

Yesterday was out, motor running fine.. went to restart, wouldn't fire. Checked resistance on coils, good, checked continuity on kill switch good. Replacing plugs and wires this weekend, resistance on one wire was iffy. Anything else I should troubleshoot?

Model number please!
 
Failure on both leads is usually the powerpack.----That is shown to have the powerpack under the flywheel.----A kit may be available to move it from there.
 
The powerpack was under the flywheel when it left the factory.----UFI it was called.----I do not know what state / condition your motor is in today.----You can test the charge coil on that motor.----Pictures of your motor help.

So I swapped out the power pack...it started right up, idled great, as soon as I have it gas it died, starts again, throttle like it...pulled the flywheel back off and found this... something leaking out if the back of stator coil...pretty sure its shot...20201010_172728.jpg
 
I'm at a loss here...replaced ignition module, replace stator coil, getting spark, it turned over once, a pop here and there but still not running. When I replaced the power pack it fired right up but wouldn't accelerate, just die... then wouldn't start, so replaced the stator coil when it stopped getting a spark... did the new power pack fry from a bad stator coil?
