No spark 200hp johnson

"I have a 1980 200hp johnson,

"I have a 1980 200hp johnson, that just suddenly died. I changed the spark plugs,thinking they might be fouled, but it still wouldn't start and I determined that there was no spark. I checked all the connectors, and fuses, and they all checked out ok. The engine cranks over OK, and has good compression.
Any ideas?"

ck kill sw and/or key sw....disc blk/yell wire on key sw and see if u have spark
