no power wont idle

2003 evinrude outboard 60 hp motor
120 compression on all 3 cyl.
new spark plugs with blue spark
good gas
clean cabs


no power will not plane out
dies on idle

help!!

Do a cylinder drop test on it.

didn't hit anything and has not been stored. just kept getting worse

been using more gas than it should also

Cyl drop test. Pull one plug wire at a time when running where prob occurs to check for equal drop.
