I have a 2000 Volvo Penta 5.7GSI. 3 mechanics have worked on it and not resolved the problem. When not under load, I have full RPM and engine sounds fine. As soon as it is in gear, I have no power and can only get less than 1500 RPM before it stalls out and sometimes dies. Fuel pump and coil have been changed.
Very frustrating to continue to not be able to use the boat. Any ideas?
