No power to mo

I have a 2008 Creat Pontoon with a 75 e-tec. The motor stopped when I gave it some power. There is no power to the instrument panel. The radio and horn work. It acts like it is not in nuetral when I turn the key.
The shifter/throttle does not feel right when I move it. Could it be broken, stripped or out of adjustment ? I have got underneath the console and see no in line fuses, this boat has a fuse panel and all are fine. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Could a cable have snapped ?

Is there a inline fuse in the engine on the battery side of the start solenoid?

Or is there a fuse at the battery small hot to engine?

I will check at the engine in the morning. Could a fuse at that location keep the power from the console ? No gauges have power.

Normally the lights and accys are on the house circuit and the guages and alarm are on the ignition circuit. The ignition circuit is normally fused at the battery pos near the start solenoid.

I found the 10 amp fuse in the motor. It was blown and once I turned the key it blow the new one.
