1986 Classic 50. Been sitting seven years. Lower unit rebuilt. Whether water hose or lake, when in gear, one speed only..slow. RPMs don't advance. Hub not slipping. When I return to neutral, she shuts off and is difficult to crank. Haven't cleaned the carbs yet because after letting the motor sit for two weeks after fogging, she fired right up. Not sure what to try. Anyone with an opinion? I'd be grateful.
