no fuel past carb

I seem to have fuel to carb, but no fuel to engine. I blew out the carb, float seems let in enough fuel, it starts when I douse carb with fuel it starts but it won't keep running. I see no adjustment on the carb except the low speed mixture. what might be the problem?

TAKE THE CARB APART.........i use a "torch tip cleaning tool" an asortment of stiff wires.......run the wire up the main & idle jets and the tube running up the main body......your cloged up with old fuel that dryed out.....blow out .........be careful not to lose any parts

Hi Bill, I had done it many times to no avail, but you suggested it again, so I pulled it again. I traced where the fuel should go. Everything was perfectly clean, I could shine a light through the tubes going into the throttle body, then I checked the float bowl. It has a stand pipe in the middle and I put my mouth on it and it was plugged. I took the drain plug out and shoved a wire through it, took compressed air and blow it clean. and now it runs like it used to. Thank you for telling me. I now can get back to the lake and have some fun!!
