No Electricity and no cranking

"88 Bayliner, Cobra 5.0 motor

Went to take boat out yesterday and no electricity to dash - no cranking with key, no blower, no horn. Drive did go up and down.

I have read in other posts that OMC used fuses on the motor itself (the fuses in the cabin ok). Does anyone know where I would find the fuses on the 88 5.0 motor? What would they look like?

Also, is this likely the problem with the lack of power to the key and accessories?

"There 2 50amp glass fuses inside black rubber inline fuse holders, there is one just for trim/tilt and the other one pretty much does everything else. Even if it's not blown you'll want to take it apart and check inside for corrosion. The picture below will get you in the ball park where the yellow circle is.
