No elec to coil

I have twin 1995 454's in my 3100 Tiara. After replacing the wet exhust system my port engine would not start. It will turn over fine. I have no 12volt elec to the coil. When i remove the plug to the microprocesor for the timing the engine starts fine. I installed the microprocesor from the other engine and it still wont start. Any ideas? Im a bit confused. Looked really hard for any grounds i may have kicked or?

I switched micro processers and it does the same.

Do you have the plug (small black two promg) with an arrow and "TIME" on one side and I believe "RUN" on the other? If so, make sure the arrow and "RUN" are matched up.
