No coil spark

I have less than 10 volts comi

I have less than 10 volts coming out of a new coil when the engine is turned over. I have electronic ignition on my 1995 crusader 350-270xls. Any ideas?

I am measuring at the center p

I am measuring at the center post. I also measure at the input to be the same. I replaced the ignition module also. The parts man said I should check the distributor pickup next.

"You should be able to short the - coil term to ground (very briefly) and see sparks. Use a wire near ground from the tower, not a ordinary voltmeter. This may well lead to the pickup."
