"I have a 78 evinrude 85 hp engine, bought with my first boat. I had to replace a small halfmoon shaped plastic lever, I believe to be part of the warm up lever, in the throttle case this winter. now there is no acceleration or movement of the cable until you are at max throttle. did i put it together wrong? ideas?"
