Nissan NS40D, Ready for the Bad News, Parts

As I suspect that it has been heard hundreds of times, but those of us living with fresh water in the far north, our boating season is 2 1/2 months long and we do not wear our boats and motors out. My Nissan is surging, power up at higher RPMs at times then lower power at others. My suspicion is that the carbs need cleaning. (3) Teikei 308 3 5DL carbs (top carb). Are carb rebuild kits still available? I also would like to get some spares, water pump kit or just impeller, a thermostat, a spare coil and spark plug wire set, fuel filter and oil filter. Thoughts on what might be available and where. Great Forum, thank you all that participate.

Paul, thank you for your research. I am pleasantly surprised that all are still available.
I read in one of your other blogs talking about carb parts cleaning where you suggested a liquid cleaner used with a heating ultrasonic cleaning machine, then spray carb cleaner. What is the brand name of the liquid cleaner you have used previously?
