Newish 383mpi fuel question

I have a 383 mpi that is a few years old (under 100 hrs). We usually use it fairly regularly but the past 2.5 to 3 months due to some unforeseen circumstances it’s been sitting unused on a trailer in the driveway. There is about 45 gallons (half tank) left. I use Quickare and Quickleen in my bass boat but haven’t yet in the ocean one.

Is there anything I should do before starting it? Can I just add some quickare and quickleen to the tank and run it for a bit in the driveway? I might not get around to taking it out on the ocean for another month or so. We usually add a bunch of fuel before a trip but again that might be awhile and I’m thinking I should at least run it a bit in the driveway.

Opinion, most all that fuel treatments on the market is snake oil.
Run it, don't run it, 6 months is nothing to worry about

Thanks for the reply. My mechanic wasn’t thrilled about old fuel sitting in the injectors. He told me this morning to add some fuel treatment and start it 2x a month when I’m not using it. I know my 2 stroke outboard seems to run better by adding stuff every fill up. Just wasn’t sure about my MPI.
