newby needs help!

New member
Im a new member and purchased a 1993 38' Chris Craft Continental earlier in the spring. I have two questions, I am looking for a boat manual with general info on the boat...water systems, toilets, electrical etc. The second is more serious...my port side Hurth HSW 630 V 2.0 is not going into gear. Is there any adjustments that can be made in the water. Ive changed the fluid/filter and believe it to be correct. ?????

Hey....I tightened the top of the filter resevoir and that was it! After reading all your discussions I realized fluid and pressure was the key thing!

I bought a 1996 Continental in May. It also has no manuals. I have been able to build a set of owner manuals for most of the important equipment by going to the manufacturer's websites, doing a search for the problem/topic or by coming to this forum. I haven't found a Chris Craft owners manual yet but am always on the lookout for one.
