Newbie with throttle amp shift control linkage questions

"In December I purchased a 1990 Bayliner Capri Cuddy with the 2.3L Ford OMC Cobra motor. Model #232BMRMEF. The person I bought it from, pulled and rebuilt the engine and didn't finish the installation. I need to reconnect the throttle and shift control linkage and brackets. The SELOC manual was in the boat, but there is nothing on this linkage. I'm hoping someone can send a drawing, picture and instruction on how these are to be reconnected.

"Hi Brian and welcome aboard. Sorry you have had no response. I don't have the same engine as you or I would send some pictures. I have attached a picture from the factory service manual that may or may not help. It's the shift cable bracket but I'm not sure what engine it is. Yours should be similar. Also there are some exploded parts diagrams at the following link that may be helpful. Just follow the links to your year model and engine. Good luck..
