NEWB with 2006 mercury 25hp EFI issue

I recently bought my first boat. Its an 1860 tracker grizzly with a 2006 25HP EFI 4 stroke motor. It is suppose to have a new fuel pump problem is when after the first couple times out I noticed a fuel leak it seems to be leaking out of the larger hose on the fuel pressure regulator. It sprays out of that hose where it connects to the fuel pressure regulator and other times it just steadly leaks down the back of the vapor seperator assembly any ideas of what is causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Crack in hose ??? Proper fuel clamp?? (oeitker clamp)
