New Tohatsu 20 HP not peeing

New 20HP not peeing. I am new to this and just got a new 20 HP Tohatsu. Started the engine and run it for about 1 min. and is not peeing.
Any suggestions. Thanks

In a lake, bucket of water or with muffs?

If new, under warranty. Does an IR thermometer show it overheating?

Thank you all, I was using a water tank but then atached the hose thru the flusing port and started to work.
Then tested the water tank also sucessfully.
