New to me 1987 2.5 Johnson...what to replace before using?

I have a new to me 1987 2.5 Johnson outboard. It appears to be in good condition.

What items should be changed out to avoid problems down the road?

So far I gather the lower unit oil and the water pump impeller.

If anybody has a link to to a owners manual or service manual I would appreciate it.

Replace the spark plugs and check the compression.
