New to Evinrude

For the last 15 years I have been a Yamaha owner. Recently sold that and now have a 2012 Evinrude 90 with only 39 hrs on it. I have found that after raising the lower unit it gradually tilts back down. What are your thoughts, seal kit in pump and which one?

It could be your Manual Release valve. Also possibly just the O-rings on the valve are bad.
