"I just purchased a 1994 Key W

"I just purchased a 1994 Key West(17ft) with an Evinrude 88 on it. I want to get ready to place the boat in the water soon.
However, while I have been a passanger in a boat, I never had to do the maintenance on it.
This boat has been sitting for about a year. All I know is that it was running a year ago.
My question is: What do I need to do to make sure the boat is ready for the water (mechanically) I am working in the title and registration now.

",if u want to service it ,ur self,..the absolute,best advice,is to get a FACTORY,.service manual....then,take it out,and see how it runs...
a new water pump kit,fuel filters,fresh lower unit oil,and new plugs,is a starting point."
