New harness to Outboard.

I have a 65' 15' Sears Runabout that I want to fit a 66' 40653B Evinrude 40hp Big Twin mounted with an Outboard jet's Model B Jet pump.
I need to rebuild the harness from stock junction box through to my engine. I don't need help with wiring so relax. I have 4ga red & black for the starter.
I opted for 16ga/4 cord with red, black, white, green. I need 2 wires for kill switch, a white for (neutral safety/cutout/temperature) and a fourth for the choke solenoid that doesn't currently work. I don't need wires for a generator that I don't have.

I need a recommendation for the harness sheath or conduit. The original had a thin rubber tube, now I'm thinking I need vinyl.

the corrugated loom is one option - comes in solid and split.

Another choice is the braided 'tubes' (some people call them sleeves)

100% electrical tape is another option...just use the good tape if you want it to last...
 
I found some 1-1/2" heat shrink tubing 4' long. I hope it stays flexible after it's been shrunk. It should be long enough to clear my motor well.
