New 2016 90hp 4 Stroke - Vibration when accelerating - no power

This is a brand new motor on a boat and replacing a 15-20 year old Mariner 90hp 2stroke that had plenty of power. The prop is from the old motor and it's suspected this is the issue but soliciting other thoughts. As it's happening a crazy vibration occurs and it loses power.

E.j. bring it back to your dealer for repairs,looks and sounds like it's running on half it's cylinders. Check for codes,consult your owners manual!
