"I'm still having problem with my 25 hp engine, but I think I'm narrowing down the problem. It looks like the needle is getting stuck, I read somewhere I have to replace the float, needle and seat. However, the needle seat seems to be fixed in place, is it possible to replace it? My engine is a 25 hp year 1993, serial number starts with '0D', I don't remember th full number."
