What could cause the needle bearing to walk out of the forward gear on a Mercury 225 Outboard 3.0

No crush when the bearing was

No crush when the bearing was pressed into fwd gear

"I don't know what you mean by no crush, but this is the second bearing that was pressed into the gear by the mercury dealer and it will walk out in less than 10 miles they used a loc tite product but to no avail."

Replace the gear. It was mach
