I am looking for a Control Platform pn 12863A 1. ( #16 in the attached breakdown) I cant seem to find it anywhere. Can anyone help me out? Thanks for any help.

That looks like one of those parts you need to get lucky and find someone who converted to remote controls. that looks like it comes from a manual mercury/mariner 18-20 and 25hp XD and seapro super motors. Go to seaway marine and enter 12863 for part number search click on mercury and then select model. That will show a list of motors that have that part.
