Need year and model for 110hp Evenrude

I am an amature backyard mecha

I am an amature backyard mechanic. I have an Evenrude 110hp the serial# and model# are not at all readable. There is an aluminium? plug (like a frost plug) on the power head. The numbers stamped on the plug are 07210211. Can anyone tell me the year of the motor from those numbers or if there is a way to determine the year? I can figure out most of what the model# would be but not the year. I have one cylinder that only shows 30 lbs of compression. Other 3 cyl are about 105. I am going to need some parts but don't know the year or model of motor.

"hi--first..at this point....exact yr is not relevent...u have a blown hd gasket,or blown cyl....the numbers u provide,r serial numbers,individual,to ea eng,and does not help,to id this eng...we need model number,or a pic...at the least,i would guess u have a blown cyl....pull the cyl hd and take a look....piston"

I pulled the head. So far I will need a piston for sure. It almost looks like something got into the combustion chamber. Piece of ring or reed valve? I guess I will know more as I tear the enine down. The cylinder may be ok. Somehow I will have to properly ID this motor to order parts.
