Need Water Pump for 4hp Mariner Please Help

"I have an older 4hp mariner. Could use help with a couple of questions. What year is the motor (The manual was written in 1987)? I would like to replace the water pump, but cant find which one as i havent seen my model or serial number in searches. Where can I buy one? is this a Mercury or Yamaha motor? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The info off the motor is below.
