Need two small parts but have no name or model #

I have an 1966, 18HP, Evinrude Fastwin outboard motor, model #18602.

The two parts that I need are off of the carburetor (circled in RED in the pictures).

Photo Carb Parts 1: shows a plastic piece that is on the front, or I should say WAS on the front. When I was placing the carb back on the motor and hooking everything up.....it snapped off and now I need it. Can anyone give me a name/model number that I can order one with?

Photo Carb Parts 2: little blurry but hopefully you can get the idea. At the end of the choke, there is a small groove that a clip clamps on to which would keep the rod slipping out of the choke. This clip is GONE and I cannot locate it. Again, i need a part number/name tht I can buy to replace it.

Photo Carb Parts 3: This is the same part as as the photo labeled Carb Parts 2, except this is missing that clip I need. I am showing you this photo so you know exactly where the clip went.

I would appreciate any help you can provide

The nylon arm is called just that... a "arm" - part number 204705. UNfortunately it has not been available since 1996 and the list price at that time was $2.38 . I'm sure that various dealers would still have some in stock though, used good or new.

The retaining clip is called a "ring" (I have no idea why). The original part number is 202139 but has been superseded up to part number is 203470. It is apparently still available. My 2010 price book list it at $3.38 so expect it to possibly be slightly higher in price now. If you have a problem finding it, I have a few left in my remaining stock.
