Need some help to identify the part name of my 1997 90hp 4-stroke

Could somebody please tell me what are those components? I am trying to diagnose a no-response issue? Especially which one is solenoid, and which one is starter? Thanks!

Just for the basics: the starter (a little larger than the size of a can of soda), will have a gear on the top to engage the flywheel teeth. The solenoid is usually attached or very close to the starter motor, and has smaller wires coming from the ignition switch that engage the hot plus connection of higher power (thick wires) from the battery via the solenoid to the starter. The starter is usually grounded to the motor for the negative power part of circuit.
