Need model year for 88 spl.

88hp special. Trying to i.d. an engine I just purchased. No i.d. plate on transom motor mount plate. Found freeze plug. Number is as follows. R8192681 Does anyone have any idea of the year of this motor. I need a starter and don't know the year. Thanks.

Starters were the same for all those 88 models.----Ultra simple to get one !!!
