need instructions on water inpeller

Put in neutral, remove the trim tab and get that bolt underneath out, remove the three nuts, being careful to keep a grip on the lower unit in case is slides out.Hopefully it will,it's a PIA if it's seized.
Remove the three nuts and screw on the water pump housing and the housing, slide the impeller off and watch the key doesn't disappear.Put on the new impeller lining up the key.Lube the inside of the housing with washing up liquid or petroleum jelly push down the housing twisting it clockwise a little to get the vanes in the right direction.bolt her up but not too tight, might damage the housing.
Make sure the lower unit and engine are both in the same gear, some say neutral, some fwd.,but it doesn't really matter as long both are in the same gear.Slide up the unit, you will probably need to turn the flywheel a little to get the drive shaft home then bolt her up.
When that is done, come back to the forum,go to the top of the page, click on manuals and order one for your motor:D:D:D:D,believe me they are a great help when doing wee jobs like this

Just a bit more on what has been said. It's very simple but hard to visualize through a few short written steps. There is a slinger seal (flat round gasket on driveshaft above the impeller housing) that you will need to put back on afterwards so don't lose it. Also the impeller key. When you pull the housing up and over the driveshaft the impeller will probably come with it. Once it's lifted a few inches up the shaft, look around for the impeller key before it drops down beside something or into the exhaust port. It sits on a flat spot on the driveshaft. Funny looking thing but you'll know it when you see it.
Also, it is true that it doesn't matter which gear you're in but I found it easier in reverse. Only because the reverse gear has a square drive clutch so you can spin the prop by hand when you are putting the lower unit back on and it will turn the driveshaft. This way you don't have to try to spin the flywheel to line up the splines. Forward gear has a one way clutch so you can't spin the driveshaft by turning the prop. It will just click. It might sound liek alot but the whole process only takes about 30 mins.
